It’s worth spending the additional €8 for an enhanced Passport ticket, which includes entrance to the Musical Fountain and Garden performances if you plan to visit between Monday and Friday.

Spanish, Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, and Russian are among the 11 languages accessible for download.

Start your private tour with a visit to the magnificent King and Queen’s State Apartments. Learn about the French monarchy and the infamous King Louis XIV and Marie Antoinette’s private life. Then proceed to the glistening Hall of Mirrors. The hall’s 357 mirrors were deliberately positioned to reflect the light of candles and protect the elaborate walls and ceilings from smoke. The reflection from so many mirrors was enough to light up the whole hall with only a few fires!
